Digital Manual Format

All of the manuals provided come as digital PDF-documents. You can read and print the manuals with any PDF reader.
For example Adobe PDF reader:  http://get.adobe.com/reader/


Place an Order

Click on the "Add to Cart" button on any product page. The manual will be added to your "Shopping Cart".
Click 'Checkout' in the upper right corner.
You can Register and create an account on our website or checkout as a Guest.
Enter your personal information.
Choose your desired payment method.
Confirm your order.
Send payment.


Accepted Payments

- PayPal (creditcard / bank-account included)
- Creditcard (choose PayPal payment option and use Guest Payment to complete payment by simply using your creditcard, no need for a PayPal account) 
- IBAN Bank Transfer


Manual Download after Payment

Upon receipt of payment your order will be processed.
You will receive an email with the download-link for your manual within 24 hours.
(Usually you will receive the download-link within 8 hours)
The download-link will be emailed to the adress you supplied during Checkout.
Please make sure to download the manual to your device; computer, phone or external hard drive etc.


Return Policy

Since we offer intangible digital products we do not issue refunds once the order is processed and the download-link has been sent.
There is no way to return a digital manual and there is no way to verify the digital manual has been deleted from your devices.
Please contact us if you have any issues after your purchase.

Any information you provide will not be exchanged, transferred, given or sold to any third party, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
We do not use cookies.
